Ayurveda is the science of Indian medicine and lifestyle. Using the theory of Ayurveda, Chef Devagi Sanmugam has come out with a menu that is absolutely awesome and healthy. Dishes include Murgh Kebab (Tender succulent Grilled Masala Chicken Salad with Mango, and Cilantro-Lemon Dressing) & Saffron Shrikant with Mixed Berries (thick hung yoghurt flavoured with saffron and cardamoms and served with berries).

Making Bread and Pizza with Carmine Abate

Carmine Abate is one of the fathers of the continental bakers of Perth and he and his family virtually induced pizzas to Perth. In this class Carmine shares his recipe for mixing dough from which bread and pizzas can be made. Join him for a pizza lunch and a loaf of bread for home.

A class with Scott O’Sullivan from the acclaimed Red Cabbage restaurant which won the award for the best Informal Dining restaurant at the recent R&CA awards. Scott’s forte is cooking braises, most appropriate for this season. Great food by a passionate young chef.
