Edible centerpieces for the Festive Season

Table decorations with a twist! Learn how to create gorgeous centerpieces that your guests can simply sit down and nibble at. Whether it is as an entrée, dessert or for after dinner drinks, these edible artworks will certainly be the talk of the town long after your event. Join our fabulous Food Artist, Bridget Waters for a class guaranteed to be full of fun!
Grandma’s Christmas Treats

Celebrate with wonderful old fashioned treats bestowed to us by our English forbearers. Kate Nelson shares with you her prize winning fruit mince pies, a much loved family fruitcake recipe & a host of delicious treats for gifts or your table. This fun, fragrant and nostalgic class will remind you of the joys of Christmas past
Making Pizza’s with the Pizza Technician
o Thursday, November 27th (6:30pm to 9:00pm) $77 pp
With a background in gourmet deli’s for the past 10 years, David Infirri of Vesbar Mobile Pizza Bar, has got a real understanding of the best pizza toppings. Learn how to “Throw dough like the Pro’s” and the method of cooking some gourmet pizza’s as well as the original (and the best) style pizzas which all can be produced in your conventional or wood-fired oven.
All sessions will be held in the demonstration area of the ultra modern DKA showrooms.
